Pulled this out of my beauty stash today for some glycolic acid goodness! Cane & Austin Retexturizing Cream. What is glycolic acid you ask? It’s an exfoliator that helps remove the outer layer of dead skin cells on your skin to bring fresh, new skin to the surface. In doing so, blemishes also fade as old skin cells are replaced with new ones. Look for creams with at least 10% glycolic acid and you must use them with sunscreen gals! In 2008, I fell IN LOVE with Cosmedicine Medi-Matte Tint. It was a tinted moisturizer that made my oily skin flawless and shine-free. Well, much to my chagrin, it was discontinued in 2010. They “replaced” it with this Honest Face tint, but this new formula does not give me a nice matte finish like its predecessor. I also use and love this Laura Mercier Oil-Free Tinted Moisturizer…but it still does not compare to my beloved Medi-Matte tint.
